Awesome! I love making my own medicinal products at home.
Great advice! This topic and the classic salutation is my favorite part of the Kata/Hyung. Glad you made it into my feed.
Thank you Jimi.
Beautiful background! Lovely!
Helo master sageara it's me mekhi
Hi Mekhi!
:) Excellent
Thank you!
Great lesson Sir to use in teaching!
Thank you!
Thank you for the description. My nephew just started Tang Soo Do so I am researching your art. I have an extensive martial arts background but have never done this style. You explained something that is very often overlooked in most schools. This is an important aspect of any form and look forward to experiencing it with him. Thanks again
Glad you liked it. Good luck with your nephew's training.
Dont make aphone call is what he is saying...
Kwan Jang Nim Kim taught me so much about the art.
Outstanding studio...and your new katas are extremely well done...
Thank you sir!

One of the forms he was doing is called Chung gi it means heaven and earth
Very cool I tarin in Moo Duk Kwan TKD and it doesnt look anything like the sport TKD I see everywhere. It looks exactly like this!
I trained in Moo Duk Kwan Taekwondo as well. :)
I trained with Kwan Jang Nim Kim for 17 years. I was able to stay with him and his family during my travel. Master Kim taught me so much.
Thank you Kwan Jang Nim Kim. I miss you sir !
Grandmaster C. I. Kim is Tang Soo Do grandmaster
I train in old-school moo duk Kwan TKD. We look very much like this. Our Grandmaster Ye Mo Ahn was a student of HC Hwang. We spar with OUR HANDS UP, even though we are affiliated with the WTF we don't do all the fancy kicks or wear the Olympic style body armor. We wear kicks and chops. We stick to the basics. Thanks for the video!
Master Kim loved reverse round house kick!! He was my instructor for a few years and was also had a good sense of humor for us country boys!
Where?
Yes. Master Kim had a great reverse round. I used to instruct for him when he was in his 50's. My name is Brian if you remember me. I had a very precise, powerful, but simple fighting style. I was "all tough, but no style" as Master Kim put it. I was tall and skinny and at one point with long brown hair. Michigan. Remember me? No biggie if not. I don't remember you.
At 0:52 and onward with the form. In the middle is Bok Man Kim. The actual creator of TaeKwon Do. He is also the creator and founder of Chun Khun TaeKwondo. I actually know the man. He is my master. I currently Have a Fifth Dan from him. He is in his mid 80s and for real is the real deal. Awesome to see him in this Moo Duk Kwon video.
Sorry, but at 0:52 that's Hwang Hyun Chul (aka Jin Mun) in the middle, the son of Moo Duk Kwan founder Hwang Kee. He appears elsewhere throughout this video as well. Other masters who appear include Kim Jae Joon, Choung Koe Woong, Song Man Sup and others. This video was made from a set of original 8mm black & white movies which were originally set up and filmed for Dale Drouillard (most senior American at that time) of Detroit, Michigan about 1960.
bien!
It is so amazing. Could you post it on VeeR?Their player is smoother.
Has anybody ever heard of Grandmaster William G Schneider he was my master growing up him and Grandmaster CI Kim we're partners for a while but my master was William G Schneider I started training with him right after their partnership ended
Was he a shorter guy in his 40s with brown hair?? I was with CI Kim from age 14 to 20 something. I'm 52 now. My uncle was with him longer. Unfortunately, my social skills are lacking, so I don't remember too many names.
hi sir
Hello
could you tell me what is this movie in 0:55~1:01 ??
The Perfect Weapon with Jeff Speakman
Sorry it 0:56~1:00 thanks
My 1st instructor was Chung Il Kim.
He was mine as well. Where did he teach you. I'll bet I was there.
@@daytripperhd the basement of the Mt Clemens hotel.
@@georgepapabeis2964 among many other locations. He moved a lot : )
basically old school Moo Duk Kwan was just Shotokan karate
how old is this form?
No 2011
Hey master segarra! I miss you and you're karate school. By the way I'm ismael if u remember me I had to leave because I was moving on August around 2012. I joined ur class when I was 5 and left when I was around 8 1/2 years old. Now I'm 11 turning 12 and always think about when I was here in this school. I miss it a lot and hopefully u remember me, if not it's fine. I found ur channel today and watched ur videos and it was amazing. I wanted to stop by and say I miss you and you're school because u r a great teacher. You made me a healthy strong tall student now from ur karate classes. So thank you, and happy late 50th bday
Nice video
C.I. Kim was my master up to 20 years old. A kick or punch from him went right thru u like butter. It hurt even when he was just demonstrating. I never reached his skill, but learned a lot. He was and is a true master.
Very Archival and interesting! Nice to see that the moves are still relatively the same! Nice consistency.
MrSkrimd, a lot of the stuff in this series is custom graphics imported into go animate to look like the characters. So hands, feet, the head and body are sometimes not actually the goanimate character but a copy I imported with various movable body parts as objects. The final episode is up on go animate:
Andy
Always been interested in energy work like this...thank you for posting...

@titerededarmon That's me.
Are you "Dan" in goanimate?
very good,
@chinitoboy124 I'm not quite sure since I was 15 at the time. And you could be right about it. Now since, I'm in my 30's... I just watch the lion dance since I retired from Lion Dancing.
nice...i think im going to use this drill...it seems to help conditioning and to think quickly
